Brickell Tower’s common areas are conceived as a seamless, hospitality-grade arrival sequence that blends workplace efficiency with the warmth of a contemporary hotel lobby. From the first step inside, a calm, neutral stone palette is paired with soft blush and champagne metallic accents, creating a refined yet welcoming backdrop for tenants and visitors.

Large-format glazing opens the interiors to landscaped edges and the city skyline, allowing natural light and views to anchor the experience throughout the lobby, lounge, and lift lobby zones. Sculptural lighting, curated artwork and layered greenery introduce a sense of crafted luxury, while linear floor patterns and tactiles subtly guide movement from entrance to reception, security turnstiles and elevators.
