The Towers 5A and 5B presents a contemporary, high-performing business address, defined by precision-engineered glass curtain walls and sleek vertical fins that alternate with solid masses to accentuate the towers’ elegant linearity. The buildings are organized as a twin arrangement with a generous setback from the landscaped avenue, creating a strong visual axis and a memorable arrival experience. In the front elevation, double-height terrace pockets break up the horizontal expanse, introducing planted balconies and collaborative outdoor zones that soften the visual imprint of the towers.

Where daylight, geometry, and green come together — an address that redefines commercial presence in Bangalore.
The design uses high-performance glass curtain walls across each elevation to create an uninterrupted transparent skin, promoting daylight penetration and expansive exterior views. The regular rhythm of horizontal and vertical lines layers the facade, while bands of opaque metal panels anchor the towers with visual structure and solidity. This interplay of glass and texture gives the buildings their sleek, international identity and enhances energy efficiency and thermal comfort for occupants.
The vehicular approach is defined by a landscaped driveway and drop-off loop, where organized planting and signature hardscape elements complement the building’s massing. Mature trees and layered green buffers establish both privacy and arrival drama, ensuring every transition from the exterior gardens to the interiors feels purposeful and uplifting.
The lobby interiors present a double-height volume brimming with light, refined materials, and biophilic design. Walls and floors are dressed in high-grade marble and travertine finishes, while elegant brass trim and vertical timber screens add warmth and sophistication. The spatial sequence is anchored by a grand staircase, artfully set against an iconic wall mural. The waiting and lounge areas are generously furnished, and tall planters introduce greenery, softening the geometry and providing a restorative quality to every interaction.
