Project Brief
The master plan arranges mid and high-rise office towers along an arterial road, using the curve of the frontage to showcase multiple façades and maximize corporate visibility. Taller towers mark the corners and highway edge as “urban beacons,” while mid-rise bars step down toward the interior, shaping sheltered courtyards for recreation, amenities, and spill-out workspaces.
