Project Brief
The long inpatient corridor uses a calm, light palette with timber-toned doors, warm wall art and integrated handrails, turning a typically sterile space into a welcoming promenade. The nurse station with its white and wood finish anchors the junction, offering clear visibility to patient rooms while keeping the work zone visually tidy and unobtrusive.

The suite rooms frame the patient bed against soft blush and beige backdrops, layered with warm timber panelling and concealed cove lighting. This visually lifts the ceiling and reduces the sense of enclosure. Large windows, a continuous daybed and a built-in work desk support family presence and everyday routines, reinforcing the idea of healing in a familiar, domestic setting.
